Room as cute and clean. Service and hospitality was great. Great location, close to the tube and restaurants, there is even a supermarket next door. I would definitely stay again in my next visit to London:
We had a fantastic 5 night stay at the Brook Green Hotel, from the first the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was an unexpected great surprise, we enjoyed a full breakfast daily, with no rush and full service, both regular and vegetarian! The crab cake appetizer has to be tasted with a pint! We were visiting family nearby and will be back, looking for a room on the first floor this time. There are several shops nearby. Lastly I would say the staff were the shining stars, always a smile!
Great service from Johnny! Best veggie breakfast I’ve had in a long time and I have searched and tried quite a few. Excited to try the roast next! Venue is beautiful and atmosphere is just right, so that helped too! 100% recommend.
Brilliant location, @ 6 mins walk to Hammersmith tube station. Breakfast has really good options as do the other menus. Good options for drinks at the hotel bar. Room was on the top floor (67 steps) and no lift but it was cosy and had enough space. Mini bar full and good range of snacks if needed. Coffee machine with pods/tea/milk/ sugar and water available. Good size toiletries in bathroom and you can buy them at reception. Our shower had black mould in the grout which I attempted to clean with the shower mat. On our arrival back the shower mat had been replaced but the mould was still there! Not a lot of power to the shower either. The reception staff/ bar staff/ chef (familiar faces) were there most of the time apart from one night we came back late and had to go through the beer garden. They were lovely and very helpful. Yes, I would stay again but I would check the grout.
Lovely Sunday roast at the Brook Green Hotel. Great quality meat, crispy roast potatoes and really tasty gravy. Ijovany was serving us and he was brilliant , very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The pub is in a really nice area and has a great relaxed atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon.
Whilst I have never stayed at the actual hotel I come here all the time to do work as it’s so peaceful during the daytime. Their service is immaculate from Joyce, George, Jovani just to name a few of the lovely employees I have met whilst living in the area and coming for admin and drinks. Their French toast is delicious, and if you come later in the day their garden area is lovely to sit in, in the summer. They have many kinds of beer and cocktails available as well! My recommendation: their spicy margarita! Joyce makes it the best ;)

Had a really great Sunday roast at the Brook Green Hotel. The roast beef was tender, the potatoes were perfectly crispy, and the Yorkshire puddings were excellent. Ijovany looked after our table and gave great service the whole time ,very friendly and attentive. The pub is also in a lovely location near Brook Green which makes it a perfect Sunday lunch spot. Would definitely recommend.
